Billy is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for helping others achieve great things . He has co-founded and led numerous start-ups including Fanpage, a technology platform used by some of the biggest music artists in the world. Billy has established partnerships and joint ventures with the biggest brands in music such as iHeart Radio, Audacy, Townsquare Media, XXL Magazine as well as numerous music labels and brands.

Through Fanpage, Billy has helped many of the biggest names in music grow, engage, and monetize their fanbases including Tim McGraw, Marshmellow, Jonas Brothers, Charlie Puth, Thomas Rhett, Kayne Brown, Lady A, Maren Morris,  Rob Thomas, Nelly, Dierks Bentley and Garth Brooks.

Jon Berman is a unique force at the crossroads of the financial industry and the Dallas music scene. With decades of experience in investor relations, Jon has successfully raised and managed over $100 million in investment capital from individual accredited investors.

He is widely respected by industry leaders for his ability to build lasting partnerships, set realistic expectations, and maintain steady, transparent communication.

At 59, Jon realized his lifelong dream of bringing his music to life under the stage name JON22. Immersing himself in the creative process, he worked with Dallas's top musicians and producers to write and record his music.

Collaborating with industry veteran Billy Rodgers, he executed a fan acquisition plan that quickly led to being signed by a label within less than a year.
